Hello, I'm Tejas.
Leading IT operations, optimizing data workflows, and engineering practical automation to remove friction from everyday systems.
I focus on where everyday work gets stuck, slow, or repetitive โ connecting people, data, and computers with reliable, frictionless systems.
Structuring operational data, sales trends, and inventory information so teams make clear decisions based on verified reality rather than guesswork.
Looking at the entire ecosystem โ how physical centers, digital tools, hardware, and people interact together without isolated bottlenecks.
Replacing multi-hour manual checks and repetitive inputs with standardized Bash scripts, clean logic, and structured automatic reporting.
Managing multi-center computer setups, network uptime, vendor relations, procurement, and ongoing hardware health across learning PODs.
Integrating AI models strictly where they deliver tangible utility โ such as receipt data parsing or automated workflow validation โ avoiding hype for hypeโs sake.
Scroll through each project story. No mockups or fake demos โ only actual screenshots, personal motivation, and working tools.
I didnโt start my career purely behind a keyboard. Before leading IT operations, I co-founded and ran an end-to-end cake business with my father for 2.5 years, managed live optical retail sales data.
Those experiences shaped how I think today: technology should not just exist as abstract code. It must solve real human friction, run reliably without babysitting, and give people the clarity they need to make decisions.
A curated 5-spread interactive memoir capturing operational lessons, running a business with family, passions on the ground, and IT engineering philosophies.
Chapters, systems, operations & stories along the way
A chronological progression of ownership, data management, and operational leadership.
Built and operated an end-to-end cake business with my father, personally baking and preparing cakes while managing daily production, ingredient inventory, customer orders, deliveries, and cost management.
Managed structured sales records, optical stock inventories, and reporting streams. Analyzed daily sales movement to provide reliable visibility for store management.
Supported learning center IT infrastructure, resolved hardware and network issues across multi-center educational PODs, and streamlined student technical workflows.
Leading IT infrastructure and operations across educational learning centers. Managing computer labs, hardware procurement, vendor coordination, and automated diagnostic workflows.
Field notes from building IT operations, navigating real-world problem solving, and lessons discovered along the way.
During our weekly tech team review at Apni Pathshala, we explored why stress isn't always something to avoid, how it signals challenges, and how meditation cultivates composure.
